We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover), money orders and personal checks. Personal checks must clear before items will be shipped. Other payment options will be considered upon request. Please ask! |
Exact shipping costs will be added to your total after we receive your completed order. If a padded envelope is needed, our cost for it will be added; this will be $.50 cents to $1.00 depending on size. Insurance is required on all orders over $20.00, but will be added to smaller orders also, unless you request otherwise. Loss or damage to uninsured packages will be at buyer's risk. |
Packages are shipped via the US postal service. Padded envelopes and other light weight packages are generally sent first class but can be upgraded to priority mail upon request. Regular sized packages are mailed via priority mail. If your package is oversized, you may choose parcel post shipping, as the difference in cost may be substantial. Please be aware that parcel post can take up to 3 or 4 weeks for delivery. Magazines, catalogs and other qualifying items may be sent via media mail. Media mail can also be slow. US Express shipping is available upon request. International packages are sent via express mail. Padded envelopes and small, inexpensive parcels may be sent via first class international, but these cannot be insured. Again, uninsured packages are mailed at buyer's risk. Let us know if you have special shipping requests! We will try to accommodate them! INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We cannot be responsible for taxes, duty, or any fees, assessed by your government. If you have questions, please contact your local customs office for import information before finalizing your order. |
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please let us know. Here at Let's Play Dolls, we want happy customers! Most items are returnable within five (5) days of receipt, if you are not satisfied. In order to assure a refund, you must notify us immediately of your intent to return the item. Do not pack or return the item, until you have heard from us. The item must be repacked properly, as to prevent damage during shipping. The item must be insured for the full selling price and returned in the same condition as when sent, including the packaging. Boneka clothing items MUST be returned in their original, undamaged cello packages. If the above conditions are met, your refund or credit will be issued promptly, upon receipt of the item. Excessive and/or unreasonable returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee with a minimum charge of $15.00. All mint in box items will incur the restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items that have been on layaway are not returnable. WIGS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, please contact us immediately for instructions. Save the shipping box and all contents, including all packing materials. DO NOT return the item to us, as this will invalidate the insurance. Thank you for your cooperation! |
Orders of over $100 may be put on layaway. The amount of the payments and length of the layaway can be individually negotiated. Send us your payment proposal and we'll see what we can work out! Items that have been on layaway are not returnable. No refunds will be given and payments cannot be transferred to a different item. Payments must be made on time. If your payment is 2 weeks late, a $30 late fee will be charged. If your payment is 3 weeks late, we reserve the right to cancel your layaway and put the item/s back up for sale. In this instance, at our discretion, you may forfeit any money that has been previously paid. |
